Morris Beckman (1921-2015) was a lifelong anti-fascist. After serving in the Royal Navy in the WWII Morris Beckman became a founder member of the ’43 Group’ a collection of mainly Jewish ex-servicemen who successfully fought a vicious underground war in the back streets of Britain to stop the rebirth of fascism. Morris wrote the history of this hidden history in The 43 Group.
