Bristol Radical History Group is once again supporting the Bristol Radical Bookfair. We’ll be taking along our book stall, with our Radical Pamphleteer series of publications, and a choice selection of other titles designed to interest, inform and stir you into action. In addition, regular BRHG author Rosemary L Caldicott will be speaking at 12 noon, as part of a series of talks/workshops, about her book Nautical Women and the histories therein. Do come and say hello, one of the reasons we enjoy these events is because we meet some fine people at them and have great chats!

This will be the third Bristol Radical Bookfair co-ordinated by Active Distro, at the Exchange venue, on Old Market, Bristol, BS2 0EJ. The Bookfair will run from 11am to 3.30pm. Entry is free, and All are Welcome. See the FB event here.
The Exchange cafe & bar will have drinks and food available all day, and there’s an outside seating and chilling area for those who like their air fresh.

The Radical Bookfair will feature about 12 stalls in the main hall, featuring a selection of local campaigns, distros, publishers and artists – it’s a great opportunity to stock up on reading matter and info, meet people, and find out more about what’s going on locally. In addition, for the first time, the Bookfair will have use of the basement area for talks/workshops – there’ll be 5 events starting at 11am, lasting about 50minutes each (see programme below).
