Professor Neil Wynn teaches American history and contributes to courses on Crime and Punishment and Writing and Representing History at Skip Navigation LinksUniversity of Gloucestershire. He is the author of The African American Experience During World War II (2010), Historical Dictionary of the Roosevelt Truman Era (2008), Historical Dictionary From Great War to Great Depression (2003),  From Progressivism to Prosperity: World War I and American Society (1986) and The Afro American and the Second World War (1976, 2nd edition 1993). He is also editor of Cross the Water Blues: African American Music in Europe (2007), and co-editor of America’s Century: Perspectives on U.S. History since 1900 (1993).
